Born in the Marais, the project is led by three friends—including two cousins—Alice, Julian, and Germain. It’s a vibrant space dedicated to creativity, where gastronomy and the arts come together naturally. The cuisine, French and seasonal, draws inspiration from local ingredients and Mediterranean influences. It aims to be authentic, intuitive, and ever-evolving. On the menu, depending on the season, you might find, for example, a reimagined Caesar salad with crispy bread, pecans, and leek oil; or a seared beef skirt steak with toasted brioche, fresh fries, and a herb salad; as well as vegetarian options. More than just a restaurant, it’s a vibrant space where guests share an experience around an open, generous table, with the opportunity to get creative before or after their meal through hands-on workshops.
