At the cutting edge of Italian cuisine in Bordeaux, this regular table imports the best products from the Botte, including wine, and offers an elaborate menu worthy of the finest ristoranti. The large evening menu is a great discovery (from €105 to €130, depending on the number of courses), but lunch is very good for an introduction, at €45, in an elegant room with soft tones and blond wood parquet flooring: Venetian-style cuttlefish cappuccino, citrus powder Sant'andrea risotto and Peking-style duck jus, floating island and strawberry gariguette.
