Gourmet Restaurant
A large manor house hidden under the trees has been transformed into a beautiful 4* hotel, patiently renovated by the Jouanny family for almost fifty years. Today, it's a popular destination on the Pink Granite Coast, which can end with a gourmet meal at Christophe Langrée's table. The chef's classically inspired seafood dishes include scallops in tartar and just seared, daikon petals with rosemary honey, a low-temperature pollock, mango and red beet chutney, pommes mousseline, and an all-textured chocolate declension. From €52 to €105 for the lobster menu.
