An old-fashioned inn in one of Corsica's most beautiful settings. In the cool of the forest, the restaurant, with its slightly gentrified terroir, offers a deliciously old-fashioned atmosphere. We'll keep things simple with charcuterie, wild boar terrine, sautéed veal, figatellis with brocciu or honey-roasted pork belly.
