Gourmet Restaurant
This charming bastide, at the end of the village, combines comfort with old stones in a well-designed Provencal decor. Although the restaurant hibernates a little, with only two services a week until May 1st, it's open every evening in season (except Sunday). The off-season menu, with no choice, is nonetheless well prepared and changes according to supply: "like a brandade" with sucrine and smoked haddock, red mullet with braised fennel, razor clams with hazelnut butter and shellfish jus, chocolate mousse cocoa feuillantine entremets... Regional cellar, extended to Languedoc.
