Yoshinori Morie is undoubtedly one of the best-known and most talented Japanese chefs on the scene. He made a name for himself about fifteen years ago, first at Le Petit Verdot and then at L’Auberge du 15. Here, firmly established in his own kitchen, he creates the cuisine he loves and has mastered, drawing on two culinary traditions he has perfected, which allow him to blend precision and imagination through secret menus—available for both lunch and dinner—ranging from 68 to 185 €.
