Behind beautiful orange-copper reflections, wriggling citrus fruits arrive on the nose with aromas of pastries and poached pears. The bubbles are lively, fresh and sapid, with an airy mousse. The palate is sapid and mineral, gourmand and complex, fresh and fruity, with a salivating, refreshing finish. Enjoy as an aperitif with sea-flavored petits fours, or as part of a meal.

The vineyard which covers around 5 ha spread over 26 plots is located in Chigny-les-Roses, a village nestled on the hillside, on the Montagne de Reims. The grapes of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay are coming from Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes (Premier Cru). Patrice Tixier is in favour of ageing his vintage cuvées six years in the cellar, and 3 years for the rest of production. The estate is certified HVE and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
