With an abundance of creamy foam, the fine bubbles are quick and plentiful, giving brilliance to the salmon color. Ripe vine peaches, raspberries and redcurrants appear on the nose, along with a real pastry side with floral touches. On the palate, it's an indulgence, marked by a certain sweetness, which invites pairing with exotic dishes - India, Morocco, Thailand - lightly spiced to counterbalance the dosage.
