Located in the heart of the Marne Valley’s hillsides, Beaumont des Crayères was founded in 1955 by a group of winemakers from the village of Mardeuil to promote their vineyards. Today, it cultivates 75 hectares using sustainable farming practices and produces its champagnes exclusively from grapes grown by its members. Meunier, the house’s signature grape variety, accounts for 60% of the vineyard’s plantings and thrives on the region’s chalky soils. The “Fleurs” cuvées are representative of this cooperative structure, offering a flattering and elegant profile.
