The nose is both fresh and generous with aromas of ripe white fruits and dry fruits. The wine reveals the personality of Pinot Noir which is dominant in the blend. The rich flavours of the grapes evoke plum liqueur. The finish shows nevertheless minerality. This cuvée would pair well with stuffed courgette flowers.

Anne-Laure Beerens runs the estate and explores the richness of the terroir of the Côtes des Bar on a bit more than 7 hectares. She grows the three main varieties from the Champagne region as well as Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris which are the specific features of this vineyard. They received the Terra Vitis certification by the viticulture they practice involving working the soils, permanent cover crops, organic amendments and the use of organic products.
