Bouché Père & Fils
Founded by Abel Bouché in 1920 with just one hectare, this family-owned estate—based in Pierry for four generations—cultivates 35 hectares across nine villages in the Champagne region. This geographic distribution—much of which consists of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards—gives the range its aromatic complexity, thanks to the diversity of soils and climates. José and Nicolas Bouché, the current owners, carry out vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and extended bottle aging ranging from four to ten years for the seven cuvées in the range. The estate offers free tours.
