Champagne Brice is the story of a family whose history dates back to 1684 in Bouzy. Rémi and Jean-René Brice, with the help of cellar master Christophe Constant, cultivate 12 hectares in Bouzy, Chigny-les-Roses, and Loches-sur-Ource. Every aspect of production is handled with particular care, and the harvest date—crucial for the grapes’ balance—is often delayed until the very last possible moment. In 2023, the house produced its first harvest certified as organic. Predominantly made from Pinot Noir, the champagnes are characterized by full-bodied and well-balanced flavors.
