Quality and reputation are the hallmarks of this House, founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard, who at the time had neither vineyards nor a winery. From the very beginning, he produced a high-end champagne, characterized by a long aging process and low dosage, to create pure, deep, and vibrant wines. Today, the estate owns 25 hectares of vineyards, including 12 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards, which account for approximately 60% of its production. It was the first house to indicate the disgorgement date on all its wines as early as 1983, after subjecting them to a long period of aging in the cellar. Since 2018, Alice Paillard, Bruno’s daughter, has taken the helm of the brand.
