On the nose, this champagne develops notes of wood, dried rose, blackcurrant and apple. On the palate, the woodiness is imposing in its structure and aromatic qualities. The characteristic vanilla notes carry through to the finish. However, its delicate acidity keeps it fresh. This wine is not best served on its own as an aperitif, but with a duck breast.

Cazé-Thibaut

Maison Cazé-Thibaut, located in the heart of the Marne Valley, has seen ten generations of winegrowers pass through its ranks. It was in 1953 that Roger Cazé created the Cazé champagne house and marketed his bottles for the first time. Today, Fabien carries on the tradition and works his vines organically, without herbicides or insecticides. The wines are aged in barrels before being bottled, and benefit from long ageing on fine lees.
