A nose of ripe citrus fruit mixed with notes of gingerbread, marzipan and honey, enhanced by a hint of menthol. On the palate, an enveloping, elusive texture, combining freshness, greed, yellow fruit and a persistent bubble. Simple, effective, with a nutty finish and subtle tension, it's charming and always pleasant.

Charles Collin

Charles Collin is one of the founders of this winery, which has been established in the Côte des Bar region for over 70 years. The vineyard, tended with great care, is planted almost exclusively with Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of its terroir, which lends the wine structure and richness. Combined with Chardonnay—for its freshness and finesse—Charles Collin produces a variety of wines, paying particular attention to the aging process. The winery handles the entire winemaking process, from hand-harvesting to shipping the bottles.
