A basket of ripe fruit, with aromas of white peach, apricot and country flowers (hawthorn, broom), red apple skin and a hint of custard all contribute to a round, fleshy, fairly generous bouquet. The palate is more marked by acidity, which remains within reasonable limits and lends energy to a creamy texture with fine bubbles. The dosage is balanced and the finish sapid.

Laurence and Manon develop and manage wine tourism, while Bruno and Guillaume produce the brand's cuvées. The company offers a wide range of wines in four sections, including an oenotheque with old vintages. A new addition to the range is an organic brut. As for tourism, the house welcomes you with a smile to the heart of Épernay for guided tours, tastings and the screening of a film dedicated to the mysteries of champagne.
