Descended from two Champagne winegrowing families, Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard have been cultivating 16 hectares of vines since 1996, on terroirs suited to their needs: pinot meunier on the right bank of the Marne valley (Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil...), grand cru chardonnay at Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, and premier cru pinot noir at Vertus. Respectful of the environment, the vineyard is HVE3 certified. Their son, Alexandre, recently joined them. Convinced of the benefits of wine tourism, the family owns a wine cellar on the Avenue de Champagne, and offers limousine tours and helicopter flights upon reservation.
