Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
A handful of plots, a terroir only a few kilometers wide, and just one year to make the most of it: that's the challenge set by the winery run by Bastien and his wife Julie. In the vineyard as in the cellar, time marches on and the seasons punctuate their work. Meticulousness and rigor are the order of the day, because every gesture counts. Since 2020, the estate has been certified organic, the culmination of nearly thirty years of reflection and development.
