With its redcurrant-salmon color, this cuvée has a nose of red fruit and candied citrus, with elegance and lightness. Sparse, fine bubbles frolic merrily about. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity, with distinguished red berries. Long finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a refined meal.

Danteny-Mangin

The Danteny-Mangin winery is located on the banks of the Canal Latéral à la Marne, in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. It produces 28,000 bottles, including an Avize "Clos Jacquin" cuvée, the flagship of the range, which, after being corked and stapled, rests for five years in the cellar. The estate has signed the Vignerons Indépendants charter and vinifies only its own grapes. Patrick Danteny, a likeable character and lover of fine automobiles, has created a special "Porsche Club Motorsport" cuvée that every Porsche enthusiast should have in his or her front trunk.
