Champagne Delot is a family-run business founded in 1933, now run by Jean-Baptiste Dangin, a winemaker and winemaking handler in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. He makes his champagnes exclusively from grapes grown on his 7 ha of vines, on a terroir marked by Burgundian influences. Environmentally conscious, the house has been Terra Vitis certified since 2018. It combines traditional viticultural practices with modern innovations, in a constant quest for improvement.
