Champagne Delphine, named after its owner, Delphine Joffroy, is located in Landreville in the Aube department. This micro-estate consists of a single 1/2-hectare plot, planted entirely with Chardonnay, on the Vémoy-le-Chêne terroir. This clay-limestone terroir is situated on a steep hillside in the village of Les Riceys at an elevation of 342 meters, with a southwest exposure to ensure optimal sunlight. The champagnes offered are made from a single harvest that is not designated by vintage, without reserve wine, and aged for at least 7 years on racks.
