Despite the cuvée's name, the first nose is rather discreet. You have to wait for a hint of butter and spice. On the other hand, the greedy side is very present on the palate. This wine still has potential. It will improve with age.

This estate is the story of a lifetime for Amélie Guillot. In 1995, guided by her passion, she acquired two plots of vines, thinking of working them alone. Today, the vineyard covers 4 hectares and includes five Jura grape varieties. Her parents, husband and children have joined her in this human adventure. In her own words, it's now "a collective story". A real fairy tale!
