Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

Vincent Caillé, fifth generation, joined the estate in the mid-1980s. Located in the heart of the Muscadet appellation in Monnières, Vincent cultivates 25 hectares of vines that have been certified organic since 2007 and biodynamic since 2012.
