Since its founding in 2021, this young estate in the Côte Roannaise has made a name for itself. At its helm is David Michelis, who, after an early career in the cultural sector, has made it his mission to produce vibrant wines. In the vineyard, respect for the vines is paramount; the vineyard is certified organic and incorporates biodynamic methods. In the cellar, the winemaking process relies on native yeasts, whole-cluster maceration, and light filtration. The estate thus produces about ten cuvées made from Gamay Saint-Romain, Chenin, Chardonnay, and Syrah grapes.
