A 16-hectare estate run by Sébastien and Géraldine Brunet, which they have patiently expanded by adding plots belonging to Sébastien’s uncle and grandfather to the family vineyards. Cultivated using organic farming methods, the couple’s vineyards produce two lines of wines. On one hand, still wines in the Vouvray appellation—dry, off-dry, and sweet—and on the other, sparkling wines (brut, vintage, or natural) aged on racks for 12 to 36 months in sumptuous tuffeau limestone cellars acquired 20 years ago that once housed a mushroom farm.
