A beautiful strawberry color with salmon highlights for this blended rosé with a polished nose of cherries and red fruit. The mousse is voluminous and whipped, delicate and crisp with fine bubbles. The palate explodes with juicy, freshly-cut fruit, sapid, greedy and supple. An elegant, refined style with just the right amount of freshness and purity.

Planted in an idyllic setting on the southern hillsides a few kilometers from Epernay, domain Jamart is located in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois. This family house was created by Albert Mootz, the great-grandfather of the current owners, who was a cellar worker at Moët and Chandon in 1898, and later wine merchant. Maxime Oudart became director in 2009.
