Lovely aromas of pear and fresh fruit, complemented by notes of fine oxidation, such as cashew nut, for this cuvée, 70% of which is made from reserve wines kept in perpetual reserve. Despite zero dosage, the full-bodied palate offers a gourmet sensation of sugar. A beautiful wine to drink with friends.

Emmanuel Brochet

The very likeable Emmanuel Brochet set up in 1997, cultivating a unique cru of some 2.5 ha of vines located west of the Montagne de Reims (pinot meunier, chardonnay, pinot noir), in premier cru. The terroir here features clay-loam soils that give the wines fullness and minerality, but above all a specific mouthfeel. The estate separates the different parts of the slope for greater precision. Volumes are small, but quality is absolutely remarkable.
