With discreet evolution, the nose reveals pretty notes of gentian, lily of the valley, chamomile, almond, coriander and dill. On the attack, the retro-olfaction takes us in front of a chimney smoke. The palate is fresh, with discreet bubbles and good acidity. The finish is lemony, but the smokiness is accentuated by toast, roasted hazelnut and bread. With a touch of salivating raspberry, it's long and distinguished.

The Fleury family has been making wine since 1842 in Trélou, in the heart of the Marne Valley. The Fleury-Gille brand was founded in 1955 by Marcel and his wife Micheline. Bertrand and his sister Christine carry on the family tradition. They cultivate 8 hectares of vineyards planted between the Marne River and the forest on the hillsides of the towns of Trélou-sur-Marne and Passy-sur-Marne. The estate, certified as an independent winemaker, offers a wide range of affordable champagnes. Visitors are welcome for tastings and can enjoy a guesthouse and workshops focused on champagne.
