François Secondé
François Secondé
Established in 1976 in Sillery, a Grand Cru vineyard on the Montagne de Reims, the estate now covers 5.5 ha. The vines are spread over the villages of Sillery, Mailly-Champagne, Puisieulx and Verzenay, as well as the premier cru in the village of Sermiers. In addition to blends of grands crus, they give rise to parcel-based cuvées. The estate is also part of the coteaux-champenois revival, reviving an ancient history of its terroir by producing coteaux-champenois reds and whites from Sillery. Anne-Marie Secondé is retiring at the end of 2023. Jérôme Groslambert, who has been in charge of operations since 2009, decided to acquire the estate with other partners and became the new manager.
