A beautiful shade of grenadine, the color gives way to aromas of red berries that bring their freshness and deliciousness to a nose that evolves towards notes of coffee grounds and licorice. Juicy and cheerful. These notes are echoed in the wine's bubbles, which are full of energy and finesse. The acidity of redcurrant blends with that of kumquat and bitter orange, justly balanced by the dosage. The finish is precise and sapid, with freshness and a few pretty little bitters.
