This demi-sec reveals a complex nose combining honey, mango, pear, apple and herbal notes of verbena and meadowsweet. On the palate, the creamy bubbles accompany a full, generous, gourmet texture. The balance is perfect, with well-integrated dosage and fine acidity adding freshness. Aromas of apple, quince, mango and lime are elegantly expressed. Ideal at the end of a meal with apple pie.

Gustave Goussard

The Goussard family has been part of the winegrowing landscape for several generations, crafting its champagnes in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. Managed by Didier Goussard, the brand is named after his grandfather, Gustave. The vines are grown using organic methods and have been Terra Vitis certified for several years (the estate was involved in the creation of the label). The estate also implements complementary practices such as plant cover in the inter-rows. All these measures are bearing fruit, producing champagnes that are both full-bodied and chiselled, divided into a range with four lines: "Body", "Spirit", "Soul" and "Heart".
