The rich, racy nose is marked by spicy, candied white fruits. Mirabelle plum, yellow peach, fresh quince and rhubarb are followed by vanilla bean. The attack on the palate is frank and fleshy, with citrus fruits and golden apples, and a pretty peacock-tail finish. A champagne for a meal with pork chop, ratte potatoes and lardons.

Guy Dumangin

Located on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims, this estate represents the twelfth generation of winegrowers and the fifth generation of winemakers who have succeeded one another since the 19th century. They traditionally produce a range of cuvées from their 8 ha of vines, mostly located in premier cru around the village of Chigny-les-Roses. The range is a great Champagne classic, with an extra-brut, a brut, a blanc de blancs, a rosé and a vintage. The "Génération 13" cuvée, dominated by Chardonnay, is the perfect finishing touch. Respecting the Vignerons Indépendants charter, the domaine vinifies only its own grapes and markets its own production. We welcome you to taste our champagnes.
