In Reuil, near Épernay, Fabien and Cécile Clément manage this estate, which has been in the family for more than fifty years and across three generations. Spanning four villages (Reuil, Œuilly, Binson-Orquigny, and Grauves), they cultivate 9 hectares of vineyards, including 5 hectares of Meunier—the Marne Valley’s iconic grape variety—supplemented by equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The 36 plots are planted along a narrow valley, some on steep, perfectly exposed slopes that allow for excellent ripening. They offer a range of 8 cuvées as well as a ratafia.
