The palate is full-bodied, with an impression of patina, brioche and juiciness. The bubbles are discreet, and the finish retains a little salinity and a few warm spices. A lovely classic, pleasant and unifying.

Jean-Noël Haton
Since 1928, this family-run business has mastered its independence and created its own vineyards in some of Champagne's most renowned crus. Octave Haton, the great-grandfather, founded the house, and René Haton, who succeeded him, developed the estate. The vines are now cultivated using integrated farming methods, with an average age of 35 years. The family vineyard covers 40 hectares around the village of Damery and in the Grands Crus, out of a total of 60 hectares (including Saint-Thierry and Noé-les-Mallets). Today, Jean-Noël Haton is assisted by his son Sébastien. Particular care is given to the vineyard, with practices such as ploughing and disbudding.
