Nicely concentrated nose of berries and red fruits, supported by citrus notes. Big crunchy bubbles and crisp whipped foam form the palate, while flavors of crisp watermelon and cucumber are immersed in red juices. A thin layer of silk seems to be coated with red fruit. The sweetness of this rosé is succulent and mouth-watering, while retaining freshness, minerality and salinity.

Born into a family of winegrowers, Jean-Pol Hautbois created his champagne brand in 1976. Established in the heart of the Saint-Thierry Massif for five generations, the Hautbois champagne house cultivates 6 hectares of vineyards, planted mainly with pinot noir and pinot meunier and certified HVE and VDC. The work is carried out with respect for tradition and the terroir (grassing, mechanical weeding and ploughing of the soil).
