A luminous straw color with golden-gray highlights. The delicate, subtle nose opens with spicy, stewed white fruit and honeyed dried fruit. A hint of white blossom is also present. The palate is suave, tannic and sweet. It perfects a 36 g/l dosage that lacks a little integration, but this will come quickly. Enjoy with duck foie gras, green tomato chutney or tarte Tatin.

Laurent Lequart
The Lequart family farms just over 11 ha from generation to generation. HVE and VDC certifications have been in place since 2019 and 2020 respectively. Between chardonnay, pinot noir, but above all pinot meunier, the search for fruit is paramount at the estate. All wines are vinified by the village's union of producers, who have extensive technical resources at their disposal. A coteaux champenois red is also produced, and a white will be launched shortly.
