This cuvée is part of the house's parcel-based range. This is a 100% Chardonnay from a Grand Cru vineyard, aged entirely in oak barrels, with a minimalist dosage of less than 1 g/l. Once again, we're under the spell of this bubbly, creamy wine. The juice is somewhere between crisp and tender. It's fresh, tasty, with a fine structure and a noble bitterness balancing the whole. You get the impression of sea spray on your taste buds.

Leclerc Briant
Founded in Cumières in 1872 by Lucien Leclerc, the estate moved to Épernay in 1955. At the same time, under the leadership of Bertrand Leclerc and his wife, Jacqueline, it became a trading house under the name Leclerc Briant. Bought by Mark Nunnelly and Denise Dupré in 2012, the company is now headed by Frédéric Zeimett from Champagne. One of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture, Leclerc Briant extends over 14 ha of vines, mostly Grand Cru and Premier Cru, supplemented by grape purchases from certified organic growers. Hervé Jestin, an oenologist specializing in biodynamic viticulture, accompanies the company. Mark and Denise have also opened a 5-bedroom residence, Le 25bis.
