50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir for this no-input cuvée, which boasts a beautiful golden color, with green hints of freshness. Numerous fine bubbles lead to a lively, lively structure. Slightly yeasty citrus notes, assertive minerality, nettle blossom and lemon balm make up a framework of beautiful purity. On the palate, the wine is honeyed and well-balanced, with a hint of minerality on the finish. Champagne for meals.

Lelarge-Pugeot

The Lelarge family has been established in the Champagne region since the 17th century. In 1987, Dominique Lelarge took over the family business with his wife Dominique Pugeot. The company became Champagne Lelarge-Pugeot. With the birth of their three children, Clémence, Valentin and Clotilde, the Lelarge family story continues. The viticulture here is organic and largely inspired by biodynamics (Demeter certification is underway).
