The nose offers floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia, complemented by hints of roasted peach. The acidic attack and medium bubbles reveal an elegant, chiselled, chalky potential which, after a few months' rest, will develop a silky frame with flavours of peach, lime and passion fruit. Warm on the palate, with aromas of honey, lemon and orange blossom, this wine is well-balanced and full of charm.

Lilbert-Fils

The family has been established for several generations in Cramant, a grand cru of the Côte des Blancs. The estate grows only Chardonnay on 3.5 ha. Lilbert-Fils is one of the benchmarks, producing wines with strong minerality, very upright and structured, bordering on reduction. The average age of the vineyards here is around forty years. The "Perle" cuvée, produced from a special bottling, develops a smoother, less powerful mousse, which should be tasted. A few vines are also planted in two other communes classified as 100% Grand Cru: Chouilly and Oiry.
