The nose is dominated by almost candied apricot, but still fresh, with sweet spices and other yellow stone fruits. The sapid palate is fruity (white fruit, lively yellow citrus) with freshness, shivering acidity and a long, direct structure.

Located in Écueil, this 8.5 hectare estate is managed by Alain, the grandson of Maurice who founded the brand in 1947. The vines are are planted in three different villages: Écueil with its sandy soil, Rilly-la-Montagne which is dominated by chalk, and Mont Saint Père in the Marne Valley with clay soil. A place for the wine tourist to visit on the Champagne wine route.
