Antoine Krendenweiss runs the estate in a very personal way. He strives to be as close as possible to his convictions. This is always a good sign in wine, as it results in nectars with character. In particular, he believes in this notion: one wine per terroir, one grape variety. The entire estate has been certified biodynamic for over two decades. Could it be otherwise when one is so rigorous?
