This cuvée, an almost pure Pinot Noir with 5% Chardonnay, is quite mineral on the palate, with incisive freshness and vivacity. The 9 g/l dosage is well tempered by acidity, and the finish has a nice smoky touch. Pairs well with a fresh starter, such as a timbale of smoked salmon with citrus fruit.

Marin-Lasnier

Before Guillaume and Caroline took over the family estate in 2000, they produced only 15,000 bottles per year. The volume has tripled since then and the 6 hectare vineyard, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, spreads over five terroirs. The plots are vinified separately and the HVE certification was obtained in 2017.
