On the palate, the charming, delicate, creamy texture reveals a lovely freshness and fine bubbles. The finish, taut and salivating, evokes orange zest, nectarine, hazelnut and a touch of peach skin, inviting discovery and indulgence.

Maurice Grumier
The Grumier family has been winemakers in Venteuil since 1743. Fabien Grumier represents the fourth generation to vinify the entire production. The soils are grassed and the estate has been HVE (high environmental value) certified since 2014. Vinification in wood is becoming increasingly important, with bâtonnage and long aging in old barrels. The range is broad and complete, with a very fine coteaux champenois red and a ratafia. The wines are constantly improving.
