Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Located in Verzenay, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Michel Arnould et Fils approaches winemaking with a thirst for discovery and a desire to reinvent itself. Patrick Arnould, alongside his brother-in-law, Thierry Gibelin, and his nephew, Thomas Gibelin, cultivate 11.5 hectares of vineyards, including 9 hectares of Pinot Noir, the signature grape of the village of Verzenay. Each plot is tended individually to best bring out its unique qualities. The wines are aged in tanks as well as in barrels, with the goal of producing champagnes that best reveal the diversity of their terroirs.
