A racy, complex rosé de saignée. The nose combines aromas of cinnamon, wilted rose, roasted almond and candied red fruit with great complexity. On the palate, the wine is powerful and round, with lively bubbles. A lovely finish of sweet spices. To be enjoyed with a carbonnade flamande or a wild boar stew.

The family estate is located in the heart of the unique terroir of Les Riceys, in the south of Champagne, on the Côte des Bar. Lovers of Pinot Noir for a very long time (more than five generations), the Morels produce cuvées that guarantee originality, elegance and refinement. All this work is carried out in partnership with nature, with the aim of achieving a high level of biodiversity in the vineyards. HVE3 certified, all vines are grassed, and mechanical work and natural methods are favored.
