Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
A relatively new family-owned business, founded in 1992 and now run by Élodie, who tends to just 2 hectares dominated by Meunier, supplemented by a few ares of Chardonnay. As Élodie likes to point out, she applies a woman’s meticulous attention to her vineyards, which she considers part of the family. With the help of an oenologist, she produces six cuvées, including a semi-dry blend, a classic brut, a rosé, a brut réserve, a vintage wine whose production is strictly contingent on the plot’s perfect health, and Mademoiselle M, a single-vineyard cuvée made from 100% Meunier.
