Nathalie Falmet
After studying chemistry in Paris and earning a degree in oenology in Reims in 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family vineyard and became a winemaker in the Côte des Bar region. She works in both roles simultaneously. A true innovator, she develops single-vineyard wines and ages them in barrels and amphorae on her 3.40-hectare vineyard, which sits on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil. The grape varieties, terroirs, and plots express themselves naturally in her wines, thanks to a variety of winemaking methods.
