This estate, located in Ambonnay, is run by Patrick Soutiran's children, Estelle and Fabrice. It comprises 3.10 ha in Ambonnay and Trépail. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown. In addition to blanc de noirs, the domaine also offers blanc de blancs, brut nature, vintages and a special cuvée, "Précieuse d'Argent", for cellaring. The domaine has been in biodynamic conversion since 2024.
