The mouth, calm on the attack, reveals a creamy bubble, a lovely fleshy texture and a welcome acidity that energizes the whole. Aromas of lemon, honey, cereals and red fruits are present. The balance is seductive, and the final bitters add relief. A salivating, elegant wine that makes you want to come back for more.

Perrier-Jouët
Founded in 1811 by a young couple, Perrier-Jouët was born out of their desire to create a unique champagne, inspired by their love of nature and art: nature, through the choice of Chardonnay as the grape variety, giving rise to the floral and delicate style for which it is internationally renowned; and art, which became an iconic part of the House’s history in 1902, when master glassblower Émile Gallé designed the famous Japanese anemones that still adorn the bottles of the Belle Époque cuvée. This passion lives on through the wine collections and the spotlight placed on artists. Since 2020, Séverine Frerson has served as their cellar master.
