A confidential cuvée (400 bottles) with an original blend of 4 grape varieties, 3 of which are confidential (arbanne, petit meslier, pinot gris, complemented by chardonnay) from the 2017 and 2018 harvests. The salted butter nose includes a vanilla character typical of the ageing process. On the palate, patina and acidity, combined with a fine structure, support this still young wine, which should be cellared for a few more years.

Perseval-Farge

Domaine Perseval-Farge, with 4 ha of vines, has been established in Chamery since the 18th century, right in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Working with integrated viticulture (a close link between sustainable development and respect for the environment) since 1990 and certified organic since the 2022 harvest, the estate harmoniously cultivates the region's king grape varieties: chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. Benoist Perseval is also planting old varieties, such as pinot gris (fromenteau), petit meslier and arbane, which account for 10% of the vineyard. It's a good way of stimulating curiosity about blends between yesterday's and today's grape varieties, and responding to the demands of climate change.
